Our Process
When you contact us, we will:
  1. Set up a mutually agreeable date and time to meet with you to discuss your project needs including stonework, cabinet and accessories. Naturally, if you are working with an architect or designer we gladly welcome them to this meeting and will work with them throughout the design and installation of your project.

  2.  Meet with you to discuss your specific requirements and acquaint you with our full product line. We will show you several samples of our products and we will discuss the many colors and other options available within our complete line of cabinetry, stone, sinks and accessories.

  3. Should you wish to visit our slab yard to personally select your stone, we will escort you to view our inventory. We will also explain the differences between the different type of stone as well as edge options, surface finishes, cut-outs, and answer all of your questions.

  4. We will examine any sketches or plans you may have and take appropriate measurements so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

  5. Once we have a thorough understanding of your requirements, we will email you a final quote, typically by the next day. All of our quotes are fixed price and include design, selection of all materials, templating, fabrication, and installation.

When you have accepted our quote we will:

Create a Project Schedule which will define the date and time for the following activities to be completed:

  1. Design – Validate our initial measurements and review with you our design for your project. We will also discuss with you why all major appliances such as stoves must be in place and all products such as sinks, faucets, cook-tops and the like must be available on site before we can complete the installation. Also for stonework, all base cabinets must be fully installed.

  2. Slab Selection - We will accompany you to one of our many Partners who import stone so you may select and tag the slab(s) of your choice. For smaller projects, we have many remnants at our shop which you may choose from.

  3.  Templating - We schedule a meeting to create a template or pattern of the stone to be installed. This step does not require removing any of your existing countertops.

  4. Fabrication – Once the stone has been selected we cut and finish it to fit the template.

  5. Installation – Approximately a week after we have created the template we will complete the work to your satisfaction.

We will also provide ongoing stone care maintenance instructions which will be discussed and given to clients upon installation. We can also provide Stone Care Kits at a nominal cost.
